29 CFR 1960.66(b): Injury and Illness recording and reporting requirements did not comply with the requirements under 29 CFR part 1904, subparts C, D, E, and G. Federal Agency failed to report annual ITA data submission as referenced in subpart E under 29 CFR 1904. On or about March 2, 2024, the employer failed to report OSHA Form 300A data to the ITA database as required by 29 CFR 1904 subpart E.
