29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): a) On or about January 9, 2024, in the buyer's bay, employees were operating a Mr. Heater Gas Fired Infra-Red Tank Top Propane Heater with unmarked 20-pound propane container. b) On or about January 18, 2024, in the north storage room, a Mr. Heater Vent-Free Liquid Propane Radiant Heater was operated with an unmarked 100-pound propane container.
