29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed: (a) Throughout the production area; On or about January 17, 2024, and dates prior, written energy isolation (LOTO) procedures were not evaluated annually for equipment including, but not limited to the finger jointer table, finger joint crowder, RF tunnel, Newman Machine Company planer, stacker, and inter-related conveyances.
