29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about December 19, 2023, employees were exposed to fall and rough terrain forklift hazards, on a commercial construction site in Arcola, Illinois. The employer did not have a competent person at the construction site conducting frequent and periodic safety inspections. D&M CONSTRUCTION ETC, PLLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 20, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 900 NORTHERN AVENUE, TAYLORVILLE, ILLINOIS 62568.
