29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) 8019 Ohio River Boulevard: On or about December 11, 2023, and times prior, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities such as maintenance on the door of a rubber bullet press. The employer did not perform annual periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.
