29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about December 13, 2023 at Foot Locker Retail, Inc. on 250 Granite Street, Ste 1077A, Braintree, MA 02184, fire extinguishers were not readily accessible to employees where there were boxes stored in front of them that blocked easy access. Foot Locker Retail, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1659012, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 514 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19702
