29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on November 21, 2023, at the residential worksite located at 8039 SE 5th Street, Blue Springs, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when framing a new residential structure without the use of a fall protection system. Gold Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1679830, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7920 SE 6th Terrace, Blue Springs, Missouri. Gold Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567898, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 12703 Burrows St., Lake Lotawana, Missouri.
