29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On a 7:12 pitch roof of a temporary worksite located at 9532 Maidstone Mill Drive West, Jacksonville, Florida 32244: On or about November 8, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Massey Roofing Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607407, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5737 Earl Circle North, Jacksonville, FL 32219.
