29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels had not been protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about October 27, 2023, R Garcia LLC did not ensure that each employee roofing a residential building at 201 Crystal Crossing Lane in Wentzville, Missouri, was protected by personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to falls from 10 feet and greater. R Garcia LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1669021, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Sonnet Court in Wentzville, Missouri. R Garcia LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1633953, citation number 1, item number 3A and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 652 Carlyle Avenue in Belleville, Illinois.
