29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from falls. This was most recently documented on October 17, 2023 at 8022 South 184th Terrace, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to protect multiple employees from fall hazards when performing framing construction work at a height greater than 6 feet. Egg Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605107, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21332 A Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. Egg Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562766, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21710 I Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
