29 CFR 1910.147(d)(3): All energy isolating devices that are needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment were not physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy sources: a) Jobsite - On or about September 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees changing out the blades of the Prodo Pak were locking the machine out, exposing employees to amputation hazards. Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1625011, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on January 13, 2023, concerning a workplace located at 6120 Tower Ave in Superior, WI which became a final order on February 2, 2023.
