29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed. Location - 33 John Street, Newton, MA. On or about 8/28/2023, seven employees were using a stepladder in the closed position. Hulk Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632426, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/10/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 21 Elliss Street, Framingham, MA.
