The employer did not ensure posted warnings required by this subpart as well as those originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were maintained in legible condition. a) On or about August 23, 2023, at 1294 Valencia Street, Palm Bay, FL; in the driveway, the warning labels for the Grove hydraulic crane were not in good legible condition.
