29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On August 14, 2023, and times prior thereto, an extension cord wrapped around a metal rack was used in lieu of permanent wiring to energize two floor fans exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
