29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, leaks, and spills: a) Hollywood Casino at the Meadows Eatery Area, 2Ten Drafthouse Bar, on or about August 9, 2023 and ongoing - Drains were protruding up and not flush with the walking working surface. The protruding drains presented a trip hazard and were not guarded to protect employees from slips, trips and falls.
