29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) 345 S. Warren Street, Syracuse, NY 13202: On or about 3/28/2023, the employer did not require the use of eye protection for employee demolishing concrete with a Hilti Jack Hammer and demolition hammer. Warren Garage LLC DBA CNY Parking Corp, Warren Garage Holdings LLC, Warren Garage Management L.L.C., and United Partners, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336936, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 345 South Warren Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.
