29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a) Production Floor and Laydown Yard: On or about July 31, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not certify powered industrial vehicle training for employees who operate the "Toyota" model 8FGCU32 propane forklift (Serial # 61660) and the "Toyota" model 8FD45U diesel forklift (Serial # 10270) to move lumber from the storage area to the production area and to move lumber within the production area.
