29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Adrian Construction Group LLC does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 07/25/2023, at 903 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes, NJ. The employee #1, was engaged in framing and was positioned on a roof that was not protected from fall hazards of approximately 20 ft to the ground below. The employee was not using any means of a fall protection system which was readily available for use onsite. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within 1 day, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a description of the type of fall protection provided and the steps taken to enforce use of appropriate fall protection where employees are exposed to possible danger of fall hazards.
