29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) 8141 Seashore Highway Bridgeville, DE 19933 (Eye Wash station next to chemical storage cage): On or about July 17, 2023, employees were exposed to corrosive materials such as but not limited to Hypochlorite Solution, 4707FY, and 45642, while performing sanitation duties where the eye wash station was uninspected, dirty, and contained used dirty gloves in the bowl.
