29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) On or about June 22, 2023, in the roping area of the Large Diameter Coating plant, employees were securing ropes on the ends of pipes where the walking/working surfaces were covered by discarded material including but not limited to ropes sections and zip ties.
