29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a) 18752 Harbeson Road in Harbeson, DE 19951 (Deboning area): On or about June 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the periodic inspections included a review between the employee inspecting and each authorized employee. Allen Harim Foods, LLC, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339370, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 18752 Harbeson, DE 19951.
