29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On June 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, extension cords, wrapped around metal conduit, was used as permanent wiring to energize cameras in the paint area exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
