29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) 25 E Allen St, Philadelphia, PA, Philadelphia Distilling - Lab/Behind distilling area: On or about June 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure flexible cords were not used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure. Employees were exposed to shock hazards through the permanent use of extension cords in the lab area.
