29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) 30 Wilson Avenue, New Square, NY: On or about 5/31/23 to 6/5/23, employees installing roof sheathing and interior framing used building stairways that did not have handrailing. b) 50 Wilson Avenue, New Square, NY: On or about 5/31/23 to 6/5/23, employees installing roof sheathing and interior framing used building stairways that did not have handrailing. REPEAT STATEMENT: Dimension General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583255, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/11/22, with respect to a workplace located at 383 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
