29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii): Monthly inspections of hooks, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the hook inspected, were not performed: a) Innovative Metals Inc / Crane located on top of the ZIB-RIB /Rollformer line: Monthly inspections with written certifications were not performed on the hooks of the HARRINGTON 3 TON CRANE, Serial Number 353799, MODEL #ER1A-714, the crane is use monthly to rig the Zip Rib Machine located in the Rollformer line. Observed on or about 06/07/2023. b) Innovative Metals Inc / Crane located on top of the Decoiler /Rollformer line: Monthly inspections with written certifications were not performed on the hooks of the HARRINGTON 3 TON CRANE, S/N 116490, MODEL #ER1A-469, the crane is use daily to rig the coils of metal sheets onto the Decoiler machine located in the Rollformer line. Observed on or about 06/07/2023
