29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On or about June 7, 2023, in the construction of classroom 116 at a jobsite located at 801 Brockenbraugh Ct, Metairie, LA 70005, employees utilized a Bosch Bulldog Xtreme rotary hammer that was plugged into a frayed extension cord with exposed internal wiring.
