29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers which were mounted, located, and identified, so as to be readily accessible for employee use: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher in the receiving area next to the bay door was mounted so as to be readily accessible for employee use. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
