29 CFR 1910.145(f)(7): Warning tags were not implemented to warn employees of a hazard level between "Caution" or "Danger". On or about May 15, 2023, in Department #1 Machinist Building, the 460V Lucifer Furnace (Model #DL-7022-H/Serial #3524 with Max. Temp. 2000 �F) did not have any signage or warning to indicate the machine is extremely hot while operating exposing employees to an extreme heat hazard, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th-degree burns.
