29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report an employee's hospitalization, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty four hours: On May 2, 2023, an employee fell from the second level and suffered a traumatic injuries requiring hospitalization and the hospitalization was not reported to OSHA until May 9, 2023.
