29 CFR 1910.157(e)(4): Stored pressure dry chemical portable fire extinguishers that require a 12-year hydrostatic test were not emptied and subjected to applicable maintenance procedures every 6 years: On or about May 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that hydrostatic tests are performed by trained persons with proper testing equipment and facilities to the ABC Extinguisher observed on the work site inside the DC Production area.
