Joy Restaurant: On and/or before April 19, 2023, employee(s) used the point of sales machine to conduct customer transactions. The outlet behind the point of sales machine did not have an outlet cover. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical and/or fire hazard(s). The Fantasy Springs Resort Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.305(b)(2)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468094, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-23-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 84245 Indio Spring Parkway, Indio, CA 92203.
