29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 6760 Redfield St. Navarre FL. :On April 11, 2023 and prior to; the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities without wearing fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of 8 feet 10 inches to the ground below. Earm Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482540, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 922 Ruisseau Drive Lot 59 Ledgewick Foley, AL 36535. Earm Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556505, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10175 Niall Dr. Lot 28c Jennings Place Pensacola, FL 32526.
