29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about March 14, 2023 at 10717 S. 126th Ct. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were utilizing any form of fall protection while standing on framed decking and trusses of a residential structure at heights greater than 6 feet.
