29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials. (a) On or about March 6, 2023, employees were allowed to consume beverages while working at the powder coating painting booth. This practice exposed employees to possible ingestion of toxic material such as but not limited to, solvents and spray paint residues. Tramont Manufacturing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509809, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 326 East Keefe Avenue., Milwaukee, WI 53212
