29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. On or about March 1, 2023, employees engaged in framing activities above 6-feet did not have any form of fall protection indicating that there were inadequacies of their knowledge of fall protection systems. Ascencio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1926.503(c)(3)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560213, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (November 14, 2021), with respect to a workplace located at 2313 Mike Price. El Paso, TX 79938. Ascencio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 1926.503(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354093, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Gonzalo Circle, El Paso, TX 79835.
