29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii):The employer did not perform frequent and periodic inspections as defined in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section: a) 1077 Drennan Industrial Loop N, Colorado Springs, CO 80910 in truck maintenance shop: Employees were exposed to crush hazards due to the lack of crane (serial#: 588842) inspections. The employer failed to ensure regular and consistent inspections were performed on the overhead crane located in Bay 1 and 2 of the truck mechanic shop.
