29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B): A three foot minimum clearance was not maintained for headroom of working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers: (a) Location - Receiving Room: On or about 3/21/2023, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that the electrical panels were blocked by items that prevented the three- foot minimum clearance from being maintained. Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. dba Petco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654327, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1647 Olentangy River Road, COLUMBUS, OH 43212.
