29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) One or about February 24, 2023, and at times prior, emergency electrical disconnect for the cardboard compactor was blocked by stacked crates which did not provide sufficient access to the emergency electrical disconnect for the machine. b) On or about February 24, 2023, and at times prior, an emergency electrical disconnect for the trash compactor was blocked by items preventing sufficient access.
