29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Roof Of Structure - 37, 39, 41, 43, 45 & 47 Stanton Road, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 02/14/23 workers were not protected from falling when walking and working from pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means . As such, these workers were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below. b- Back Roof of Structure - 37, 39, 41, 43, 45 & 47 Stanton Road, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 02/15/23 a worker was not protected from falling when walking and working from pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that were not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means . As such, this worker was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below. c- Front Roof of Structure -37, 39, 41, 43, 45 & 47 Stanton Road, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 02/15/23 a worker was not protected from falling when wearing a full body harness whose connected lanyard's other end was NOT connected to an anchor. As such, this worker was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLSULTY WILL RE IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
