29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Worksite located at 6309 NW 58th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the cords being used to power hand tools had their outer insulation breached, and the inner wires exposed to employees could be shocked or electrocuted. The Pedroza Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.403(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1489041, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located a 4400 88th St, Kansas City, MO 64118.
