OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards. a) Jobsite located at 550 Church Road, Avondale, PA 19311, Mushroom Houses Number. 7-17 - On or about January 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee utilizing the electrical outlets without protective weatherproof enclosures was protected from electrical hazards. Among other methods, some feasible and acceptable means of hazard abatement include but are not limited to: Follow National Fire Protection Association's National Electrical Code for Receptacles in Damp and Wet Locations NFPA70 406.9(b)(1).
