29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about January 26, 2023, at the establishment located at 200 C Avenue Goodman, Wisconsin; employees working in the debarker control booth were exposed to shock and burns hazards when a relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord. The relocatable power tap was providing power to a monitor and several computer components.
