29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) 320 S Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about January 20, 2023, CSHO observed employees who worked on site to conduct framing operations who were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to falls, burns, and struck by hazards which had not been identified due to a lack of an accident prevention program onsite. The Green Master Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605751, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 1-4-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2216 N Marshall St Philadelphia, Pa 19133.
