29 CFR 1917.12: The employer did not eliminate, to the extent possible, conditions causing slippery working and walking surfaces in work areas used by employees. a) At the company's dock area of Sause Bros, located at 3710 NW Front Ave., Portland OR, on or about January 13, 2023 and at times prior there to, the employer failed to ensure that, to the extent possible, the conditions causing slippery working and walking surfaces were eliminate, including water puddles and moss growth. An employee walking on the dock could slip or trip and fall and fall to the same level, small abrasions and contusions.
