29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulleys with parts seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. Reliance Precast Systems, Inc., On December 30, 2022 the employer did not ensure that the Hotsy power washer's power transmission belt was guarded. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with ingoing nip points. Reliance Precast Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1371069, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4558 Grand View Blvd., Dacono, CO 80514.
