29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at or near 7123 Keystone St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about December 14, 2022, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting residential framing activities in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were framing the fifth story of a residential building in close proximity to unprotected sides and edges without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 40 feet. Green Master was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589276, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly, NJ 08060.
