29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or About December 13, 2022, Building 666, Employees were exposed to a 120-volt four outlet junction box providing electrical power to a handheld tool battery charger where the outer insulation connected to the junction box was pulled away from the plug exposing the energized conductors. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
