29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a-180, 182, 184 New Freedom Way, Sicklerville NJ: Workers engaged in sheathing and framing activities, while working and walking from 6 on 12 pitched roofs, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when not utilizing fall protection. Condition observed on or about 10/26/22 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
