29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3):Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily apparent: On or about October 19, 2022, a damaged Baldor stand grinder located in the shop is not tagged so it would not be used exposing employees to hazards associated with using damaged equipment.
