29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) 325 Ruthar Drive Newark, DE 19711 (Underneath main conveyor belt): On or about October 13, 2022, the employer failed to provide directional signs along the exit access to provide direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. b) 325 Ruthar Drive Newark, DE 19711 (Underneath Metro 4 Feed Belt): On or about October 13, 2022, the employer failed to provide directional signs along the exit access to provide direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. United Parcel Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1383540, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-30-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 410 Reading Crest Avenue, Reading, PA 19605.
